Our Amenities
Activity fees provide a fair and equitable way for the Association to recover some of the expenses directly attributable to usage of the facilities.
There are many facilities and opportunities to enjoy at Dutch Hollow that do not require activity fees, such as: beach area, private boat launch area, hiking/horseback riding trails, picnic facilities, playgrounds, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard.
Clubhouse
The DHL clubhouse is a gathering place for its members and their guests.
Pool
The swimming pool is located adjacent to the clubhouse.
Beach
DHL has a beautiful sandy beach, with a roped swim area and swim platform.
Tennis & Pickleball
Two tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts for all your game play!
Marina
Private marina includes launching ramp, docks, and storage areas.
Trail & Greenway
Several miles of trails are maintained for horseback riding and walking.
Campground
DHL’s campground has 36 sites; to include seasonal (members only), improved and primitive sites.
Beach House
The Beach House is an original building on the development. It is available for rental by members.
Volleyball & Basketball
A sand volleyball court and a basketball court are in the clubhouse complex.
